NNA - Outgoing Prime Minister Najib Mikati announced a state of national mourning to pay tribute to the martyrs of the military institution who fell victims of the terrorist attacks against the Army in Abra - Sidon.
Mikati called for a one-hour work suspension in all public administrations.
