NNA - Deputy Farid Khazen said that the security deterioration in all the Lebanese regions should force all the political sides to agree to form a political Cabinet which would represent all sides and without setting vetoes.



"To form a Cabinet is essential at this stage to control the security situation and provide political cover for security forces and the Lebanese Army," the MP stressed.



The MP said that Lebanon is on the edge of strife and there are those who seek to spark strife in several Lebanese regions, but none of the political sides in the country want that.



Commenting on what happened yesterday (Sunday) in the Bekaa, he said "there is a fifth column or a third side that seeks to tamper with the security situation with all its sectarian and tribal implications," urging the state and security apparatuses to put an end to these things.



"Perpetrators should be held accountable and brought to justice," he asserted.
