NNA - Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati, considered that "the commemoration of the liberation of South Lebanon and West Bekaa from Israeli occupation represents a glorious national day in the history of contemporary Lebanon," saying that this anniversary should motivate the Lebanese to protect their country.
In this context, Mikati urged the triumph over all plots aimed at the stability and security of Lebanon, and to prevent the Israeli enemy from intervening in the internal affairs of the country. He encouraged all factions to consolidate national unity and refute any form of discord.
Outgoing Prime Minister acknowledged the martyrs of liberation, recalling the importance of confronting the enemy in order to protect our country, our people, our rights and our natural resources.
