NNA - Member of Parliament (MP) Joseph Maalouf described what happened yesterday at the parliament as " very positive" and a step to avoid 1960 law, hoping the communication committee would reach an election law that satisfies all political parties.
Maalouf called upon everybody to take into consideration the reservations of the national partners, hoping that the extension of the parliament's term would be a technical one which means a maximum of six months.
"The proposed law will ease a lot the mission of the Prime Minister- designate," Maalouf told "Voice of Lebanon, Freedom and Dignity" radio on Thursday.
