NNA - Caretaker Finance Minister Mohammad Safadi on Wednesday deemed that the proportionality-based law is the sound entrance toward developing the political system and gradually moving from a sectarian to a civil state.



Safadi also said that if the hybrid electoral law was the entrance toward adopting proportionality then there would be no problem.



"What matters the most is agreeing upon an electoral law that allows the Lebanese to choose together their representatives on the basis of respecting diversity and preserving national unity," he explained.
