NNA - Caretaker Displaced Minister, Aladdine Terro, said on Tuesday that obstacles standing in the way of the cabinet formation process were caused by a set of conditions and counter-conditions imposed by both sides of the political divide in Lebanon.
"The general condition in Lebanon is quite tough," warned Terro, who called on concerned sides not to lightly handle things concerning the nation's future.
Speaking at the Social Cultural Club of Barja city, the Caretaker Minister feared that despite Prime Minister-designate, Tammam Salam's endeavors to form a cabinet, a new one would not see light any time soon, due to conflicting conditions.
However, Terro expressed hope that Salam would swiftly form his cabinet, to resolve the nation's many crises.
