NNA - "Future" bloc member Deputy Ahmad Fatfat said that March 14 would seriously seek to find a just electoral law.
"1960 law is still alive," he said, adding that it existed to urge rivals to find a solution and not to impose it on others.
He told "Voice of Lebanon" radio on Tuesday that "1960 law has become parallel to the Orthodox law," stressing that political parties should discuss all election proposals to find an agreement.
Fatfat said that if by May 19 a consensus over a law has not been achieved, 1960 would be the only law in force.
He stressed the refusal of the Orthodox law as "it is unconstitutional and destroys the political structure and co-existence in Lebanon."
On the other note, Fatfat denied that his bloc would aim to eliminate "Change and Reform" bloc from the new Cabinet.
"Future bloc seeks to form a neutral Cabinet for the national interest," the MP concluded.
