NNA - Caretaker Information Minister Walid Daouk stressed that the expatriates are Lebanon's true wealth, adding that President Michel Sleiman visited them in different counties' in the world as he believed they play a big role in saving their country and in order to listen to their demands.
"Thanks to the Australian Cabinet and people for granting the Lebanese opportunities to achieve success in different aspects," Daouk said.
On the other note, Daouk said that the Syrian crisis had repercussions on Lebanon.
"The refugees' number has reached the million and Lebanon is unable to receive more refugees, for this it needs the help of Australia and other countries to overcome this crisis," Daouk asserted during a dinner at the parliament in Melbourne-Australia, in presence of officials and dignitaries'.
