NNA - Head of the National Audio-Visual Media Council, Abdul Hadi Mahfouz, received on Monday a delegation of Lebanese journalists, who handed him with a letter in which they protested against the Lebanese Bassmat Watan program broadcast by LBCI channel.
According to the letter, the last episode of the program, which was on 11/8/2013, violated the laws by offending religious beliefs and undermining a symbol belonging to a religious community.
Mahfouz said at the end of the interview, that the Lebanese refused all kinds of violations to their religious beliefs.
"Referring to justice is very possible in this regard," he said.
