The event was a tribute a remarkable individual whose contributions have left a lasting impact on the culinary and hospitality sectors: Hala Matar Choufany.

Hala Matar Choufany, president of HVS Middle East, Africaand South Asia, received an Industry Excellence Award,recognizing her contributions to the hospitality industry. With over two decades of experience, Choufany has advised on more than 5,000 hospitality and mixed-use projects across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, shaping the industry's landscape with her expertise in asset valuation, acquisitions, asset management and strategic investments.
