NNA - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates strongly condemned in a statement on Sunday, the attempted assassination against Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi, wishing Iraq security and stability.

The statement affirmed Lebanon's support for Iraq to "strengthen its unity, sovereignty and independence, and to provide calm and prosperity for its people."
