NNA - Pakistan's Prime Minister, Shehbaz Sharif, on Friday extended his congratulations to President of the Republic, Joseph Aoun. 

In a message shared on X platform, Sharif expressed his best wishes for Aoun's leadership, stating, “Warm congratulations to Mr. Joseph Aoun on his election as the President of Lebanon. I wish him success in his endeavors to lead Lebanon towards peace, stability, and prosperity."

Sharif further emphasized Pakistan's commitment to strengthening bilateral relations with Lebanon, highlighting the importance of their ties and cooperation.
