NNA - Former Prime Minister, Saad Hariri, on Thursday congratulated General Joseph Aoun on his election as Lebanon's President, expressing hope for the revitalization of the country’s constitutional institutions.  

Hariri wrote on X platform: "Congratulations to Lebanon, the state, and the people on the election of General Joseph Aoun as President of the Republic, and for rekindling hope in restoring life to constitutional institutions to face the numerous challenges of these days... Congratulations, Your Excellency President General Joseph Aoun."
