NNA - A delegation of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) arrived Monday afternoon at Rafic Hariri International Airport before heading to Damascus.



The private plane, carrying some 20 chemical weapons experts and coming from the Netherlands, landed amid strict security measures.
