NNA - Prime Minister Najib Mikati said on emerging from the cabinet session that "salary scale plan is ready."



The Prime Minister -- who had been on a break from the ongoing session-- also said that in case the cabinet fails to end salary scale discussions tonight, another session will be held tomorrow.
