NNA - Egyptian Foreign Minister, Badr Abdelatty, said, upon reaching the Beirut International Airport on Wednesday, that "our purpose is to cease the brutal Israeli aggression against Lebanon as soon as possible."

"Egypt fully stands by Lebanon's side, and it is offering all possible forms of aid to help the Lebanese people in this ordeal," he added.

"We have contacts with all the international and regional sides, and there are daily contacts with the US, France, the European Union, and the Arab brothers to halt this aggression," he said.
