NNA - House Speaker, Nabih Berri, on Wednesday received Qatari Ambassador to Lebanon, Saud bin Abdul Rahman Al-Thani, at the second presidency headquarters in Ain El-Tineh.

Discussions reportedly touched on the general situation in Lebanon, the latest political developments, and bilateral relations between Lebanon and Qatar.

Speaker Berri also received Lebanon's Central Bank Governor, Dr. Karim Souaid, with whom he discussed the country’s conditions and developments, especially the financial ones.

Berri also received the non-resident ambassador of Antigua and Barbuda to Kuwait- who is of Lebanese origin- Mohammed Al-Zohbi.
