NNA - The round of negotiations on the Iranian nuclear dossier this morning in Geneva between Catherine Ashton and Mohammad Javad Zarif paved the way for very essential and detailed talks, the spokesperson of the European Union's Foreign Policy Chief said Thursday.



"They are doing a very thorough work," Michael Mann said, indicating that talks are to be resumed this afternoon.


For his part, an Iranian delegation member said that discussions were good but that there were still disparities in positions.
