NNA - Deputy Kamel Rifai called Monday on concerned sides to exert utmost efforts to ensure the minimum humanitarian requirements for the Syrian refugees who were in Bekaa, particularly in Arsal, whose number has exceeded 1300 families.
"We must declare a state of emergency and request the United Nations and the international community to secure the minimum human rights to these refugees," he told the "Voice of Lebanon".
The MP spoke about the arrival of little international aid to the displaced people due to the failure of the Lebanese state to handle this issue.
Rifai added that there was a clear ISF stoppage in controlling the border with Syria to prevent the entry of militants and security saboteurs to Lebanon.
