NNA - Member of Parliament, Walid Khoury, considered on Monday that the cabinet formation process was facing a closed horizon, pointing out that achieving this step is still crippled by unchanged and imposed conditions.
The MP expressed optimism regarding President Michel Sleiman's visit to Saudi Arabia, a good mediator among the Lebanese political parties to resolve internal crisis.
Khoury hoped that the regional situation would reflect positively over Lebanon.
Talking about communications with "Future" bloc and whether they would continue over the presidential and cabinet deadlines, the MP told the "Voice of Lebanon" radio that the main issue was not the presidential deadline, but rather saving the state that is threatened by vacuum at all levels.
