NNA - A Free Patriotic Movement delegation, chaired by Bassam el Hachem, visited on Thursday Hezbollah's headquarters in Haret Hreik, and met with the party's vice Secretary General Naim Kassem.



Kassem made clear after the meeting that the agreement between both parties was not solely at the strategic level but it enclosed internal dossiers, according to a statement issued by the FPM bureau.



Kassem also said that divergences on minor details were very normal in the raltion between any alliance.



Hezbollah's Secretary General hailed the FPM's constant cooperation with all Lebanese parties.



As for his part, el Hachem said the recent disparity in stances on internal affairs reflected a distortion on the popular status of both parties.



"This hasn't lead to a divergence between the two parties nor has it touched the FPM's conviction in its ultimate support to the Resistance," he said.



El Hachem also expressed understanding for Hezbollah's lingering in handling delicate internal dossiers, which he said it was due to the attacking campaign the party was being subject to in Lebanon.
