NNA - U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry arrived Thursday to Amman where he will be meeting with King Abdullah II and with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas in order to push the peace process forward, according to the AFP.
Kerry is scheduled to meet his Jordanian counterpart Nasser Judeh before holding a press conference ahead of the new talks to be conducted with Abbas in the evening.
Kerry exerted great efforts yesterday to prevent the Palestinian-Israeli conflict's leading to the collapse of the peace negotiations.
