NNA - Caretaker Minister of Public Health, Ali Hassan Khalil, on Tuesday called for a flexible, calm, and responsible preparation for the next presidential elections due in 2014 and for speeding up the formation of a new government.



"It is time to address our disagreements over political matters, regardless of how major or minor they are," the minister said.



"Our duty as politicians is to work together in order to open new horizons for the public political life and to engage in serious talks over the legislative election law," he added.



Khalil made these remarks during the inauguration of new departments at Bouar Governmental hospital today.
