NNA - France's first lady, Valerie Trierweiler, currently on a visit to Lebanon, visited on Tuesday Caritas - Zahle branch, to check on the conditions of Syrian refugees fleeing their country's unrest in Lebanon.
Mrs. Hollande visited Zahle in the company of French Ambassador to Lebanon, Patrice Paoli, and held a half an hour meeting with a delegation representing the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and another delegation from the International Association of individuals with disabilities.
During the meeting, the French first lady discussed her country's contribution to help mitigate the daily living sufferings of displaced Syrians in Lebanon.
