NNA - Caretaker Minister of Health, Ali Hassan Khalil, said Monday during a celebration in Rass el Ein for students who passed their official exams that the region is passing through a very critical phase and it is everyone's responsibility to keep sectarian enticing speech at bay and form a cabinet that truly represents political factions in accordance to their size.


He urged those who are hindering the cabinet formation with their conditions and obstacles to stop wagering on regional changes and go back to a genuine national dialogue that brings together all factions.


"The regional situation is at an all time low and it only serves Israel, which is keeping an eye on what is happening to end the Palestinian cause."


Khalil also alluded to the security situation in Tripoli, lauding the way everyone came together to condemn the attack on the Jabal Mohsen mini-bus.


He called for lifting political cover off of anyone who tampered with Tripoli's security.
