NNA - Lebanon's contract civil servants on Thursday observed a sit-in front of the Ministry of Education and Higher Learning, before heading to Ain-el-Tineh, where they received Speaker Nabih's promise to meet them within three days.

Speaking to the press, Hamza Mansour who leads the movement, said that today's mobilization was restricted to their key demand of full-time jobs without sitting for an open exam.

Mansour then met with Berri's aide Ali Hamdan, who conveyed the Speaker's promise to meet with the movement within three days; protesters ended their demonstration subsequently.
