NNA - President of the Republic, Michel Sleiman, met Tuesday at Baabda palace with outgoing Prime Minister, Najib Mikati, over the latest political and security developments in the country.



Accordingly, Army Chief, General Jean Qahwaji, informed the pair of the course of the security plan in Tripoli.



Separately, Sleiman met with former Ministers Talal Merehbi and Youssef Salameh. Talks reportedly featured high on the current general situation on the local scene.
