Military judge indicts two Syrians over terrorism charges

NNA - Military Investigative judge Fadi Sawwan issued today two indictments hereby accusing two Syrians of belonging to terrorist groups, National News Agency correspondent reported on Thursday.

In the first indictment, Sawwan accuses Abdul Razzaq Merhi, Syrian, of belonging to al-Nusra Front and for participating in the fight against the Syrian army. The charges also includes involvement in the battles against the Lebanese army in Arsal.

The second indictment accuses Mahmoud Mohammad Khatib, also a Syrian national, of belonging to al-Nusra and fighting against the Lebanese army in Arsal.

Both were forwarded to the permamnent military court for trial.
