NNA - MP Walid Jumblatt reiterated his support for House Speaker Nabih Berri's initiative that calls for national dialogue and halting the interweaving of Lebanese sides with the Syrian crisis.



Jumblatt's stance came Monday in the context of his weekly editorial to Al Anbaa newspaper published by the Progressive Socialist Party.


Jumblatt hailed Berri's initiative as complementary to outgoing PM Najib Mikati's "disassociation policy."



He condemned the unrest in Tripoli, voicing support for the military institution to assume its security mission and carry out its security plan to put terms to violence in the capital of the north.
