NNA - "Future" bloc member, Deputy Hadi Hbeish, said on Thursday that the state was responsible for the clashes in Tripoli, condemning the spread of arms among gunmen.
"The state should take the decision and withdraw all arms from all the militants including Hezbollah," the MP told "Fajr" radio.
Hbeish said that the latest clashes in Tripoli were to draw attention away from the suspects of Tripoli mosques' blasts, adding that "Tripoli citizens felt secure when the network was uncovered by the information branch."
He expressed sorrow over the Syrian repercussions on Tripoli, expecting that the current security situation would continue amid the regional tension and the presence of weapons.
The temporal solution would be to control the situation in Tripoli and to complete the security plan, he said.
The MP stressed the need to separate between the tensed areas, particularly between Tebaneh and Jabal Mohsen, asking the ISF to control the entrances to the city.
