NNA - MP Nabil De Freige said Thursday during a radio interview that giving a blocking third power to any political faction is unlawful and counterproductive, urging the nation to follow through on Saad Hariri's suggestion to form a cabinet away from political dispute and leave pending issues to be solved at the dialogue table.
Relations, which at times were strained, between former PM Hariri and head of the National Front, MP Walid Jumblatt, continue to exist, albeit without any political significance. De Freige explained that Hariri's medical condition does not permit him to hold any political talks with any team.
"Lebanon is in need of a cabinet that can produce results domestically and particularly economically," he concluded.
