NNA - A Christian family is vested with a whole range of Divinely-inspired responsibility akin to that of Church and community, Maronite patriarch Beshara Rahi told the congregation of faithful during his stop-over in the parish of Beheyra/Zghorta today.



The family institution, the Church, the community of believers and the state were agencies bestowed by the Almighty One, patriarch Rahi told Tripoli bishop of Tripoli Gearge Bou-Jawdeh and a number of Maronite clergymen from the parishes of Zghorta and Donniyyeh today.



The patriarch chose to walk on foot to St. Maroun's church where he unveiled certain icons and officiated over Sunday mass service at Harf Mizyara Church where he delivered his sermon.
