NNA - United Nations Secretary General's Special Envoy, Derek Plumbly, returned to Beirut Sunday, following a visit to New York.


On the other hand, Plumbly's Aid, Robert Watkins, left Beirut on Sunday heading to Geneva.


Also returning to Beirut earlier Sunday was UNIFIL Commander, General Paolo Sierra, coming from Frankfurt.
