Tueni discusses with new IMF president anti corruption strategy

NNA - Minister of State for Anti-Corruption Affairs, Nicolas Tueni, received the new head of the International Fund's mission in Lebanon, Chris Jarvis, at the head of an accompanying delegation, with talks touching on the Ministry's affairs and the national anti-corruption strategy.

Conferees discussed the current financial and economic situation in Lebanon and considered the possibility of cooperation between the Ministry and the mission led by its new Chairman.

Tueni asked the head of mission "to help place Lebanon back on the global ladder of corruption indicator, and promote its rank."
