NNA - Speaker of the House, Nabih Berri, met Wednesday at Ain-el-Tineh with Head of Arab Tawhid Party, former Minister Wiam Wahhab, who hailed his host's initiative as a salvation to the country.



"The rival camp still hasn't proposed any approach to the crisis," Wahhab noted.



"Calls by Berri's delegation have shown that the majority of parties approved the initiative. Yet, results must be submitted to the President of the Republic so that he takes the suitable related decision," he said.



He finally called upon the Lebanese to assume their responsibilities. "We have no government. The caretaker Cabinet must resume meetings [to solve pending problems]," he concluded.
