NNA - Syrian Deputy Foreign Minister, Faysal Makdad, said Wednesday he is sure that the International Security Council won't issue a resolution relevant to removing chemical weapons under Chapter Seven of the UN Charter which allows resorting to power to execute international resolutions.



Makdad's words came in the context of an interview on AFP.



"The Russian American agreement doesn't include any indication to Chapter Seven," said Makdad.
