NNA - Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri received Tuesday a delegation of the Muslim Scholars in the presence of Sheikh Hassan al-Masri with talks reportedly focusing on the developments in Lebanon and the region.
Berri also received a delegation of the leadership of the Palestinian factions in Lebanon with whom he tackled latest updates and issues related to the Palestinian camps' conditions.
The delegation thanked Berri for his unyielding support and praised his role in strengthening the unity of the Palestinians in this country.
The Speaker's guests emphasized the Palestinian-Lebanese relations based on solid foundations and a clear policy of non-interference in Lebanese internal affairs.
Separately, Berri met with the Polish Ambassador to Lebanon who came on a protocol visit.
