NNA - It is wrong for some to stake hopes on any military strike dealt to Syria, caretaker minister of Public Works and Transportation, Ghazi Areedi exclaimed at the inauguration of Adel Salha's art exhibit in Rasel-Ayn village today.



The outcome of any military strike on Syria is bound to bring about nothing, the minister exclaimed. We are badly in need of builders and sculptors whose works we behold today at a time of wholesale death and destruction taking hold all around us, Areedi added. If we fail to conduct ourselves by coping well in this mayhem and staying aloof, we might risk suffering a total self loss he warned. We are indeed in need of wise artists, builders, politicians, judges and politicians armed with energies of hope and peace; we need them for carving peace and stability for all and, this sums up our message, Areedi concluded.
