NNA - Member of Development and Liberation parliamentary bloc, Hani Qobsissi, said Sunday that Amal Party will always be attached to civil peace, rejecting any kind of chaos.
"Resistance founded by Imam Musa Sadr still holds the principles of the Imam. These principles of preserving coexistence and national unity as the best way to fight against Israel," he said at a ceremony in southern Lebanon.
In his words, what is happening these days in the Arab world is a conspiracy against the resistance and Syria, contending that the regime of Bashar Assad was being punished for supporting the resistance.
"Some countries are working to control the Arab world, dividing or fragmenting it, when the Arabs pave the way for the offensive against Syria," he said.
"Some in Lebanon support the United States and the urge to hit Syria, not to establish freedom and democracy, but to undermine the culture of struggle and weaken the resistance. Those want Lebanon to remain without a government, without security, so they run the policy requested by Arab countries, "he said.
"We will be vigilant with regard to the stability of Lebanon and its inner peace. We always refuse chaos in Lebanon and other Arab countries," he concluded.
