Khoury, Georgian Ambassador tackle economic cooperation

NNA - Minister of Economy and Trade, Raed Khoury, met on Friday with Georgia's Ambassador residing in Jordan, Gregory Tabatadze, with whom he discussed the bilateral ties between Georgia and Lebanon.

Speaking to reporters following the meeting, the Ambassador highlighted the importance of cooperation with Lebanon as well as of the bilateral agreements signed with the European Union and its neighborhood, in addition to those on-the-table with China and India.

He also indicated that the Georgian visa was available for the Lebanese for free, adding that a direct airline between Lebanon and Georgia will be soon endorsed.
