NNA - Fire erupted in woodlands between Dayshouniyeh and Hay al-Blata localities of Mansourieh region in Metn, National News Agency correspondent reported Thursday.



Flames towered to more than 100 thousand meters, devouring olive, pine, and oak trees.



The fire is feared to reach the high frequency power line and nearby buildings as it is as yet extending, although civil defense units are working on extinguishing it.
