NNA - Abra file must be submitted immediately before the Judicial Council, pro-Syrian Baath Party boss Muhammad Qawwas demanded a his press release today.



The Lebanese government must refer the Abra file to the Judicial Council to determine domestic and external responsibilities in launching Ahmad al-Aseer's phenomenon, Qawwas added. Those responsible must account for their involvement of Sida and Lebanon in the grand design which targeted army, state and homeland, the Baathist official concluded.
