NNA - No prospective government is yet in sight, caretaker Foreign Affairs' minister Adnan Mansour informed Annour radio station today.



It is sheer madness to even ponder the possibility of eliminating Hezbollah and that any EU decision to blacklist the party as a terrorist organization is bound to backfire and generate new crisis in international relations, Mansour warned. The EU would stalk sticks into the wheels of international relations by attempting that and party military apparatus must be regarded on same parity with its political wing, he added. Britain and its home-grown Jewish lobby is spearheading this effort which is bound to falter due to differences and lack of unanimity in European ranks, he went on.



Displaced Syrians tend to create a demographic imbalance and an international conference to deal with this contingency must be urgently held. Domestically, security must be tightened to ward off further Syrian conflict fallout since holding Geneva to next September seems not imminent. As Israel continues to flaunt international resolutions, Hezbollah remains to be our people's only option and guaranty, the minister concluded.
