NNA - Lebanese President Michel Sleiman convened on Monday with Caretaker Interior Minister Marwan Charbel, over the latest security situation.
Afterwards, Sleiman met with MP Amine Wehbe and discussed with him the latest developments in Bekaa, mainly after the growing refugees' influx movement.
The President also met with a delegation of the Lebanese Expatriates in Australia, Canada and the USA in presence of Australia's Ambassador Lex Bartlem.
The latter conveyed his country's support to the President's efforts to maintain stability and respect the dissociation policy, mainly in terms of Syrian events.
A delegation of the Russian Nashi movement visited Baabda palace today and voiced appreciation to the Lebanese community's coexistence.
