NNA - Further delay in forming a new government has an adverse effect on security and economic stability, caretaker Finance minister Muhammad Safadi stated before a group of newly elected headmen or mokhtars in Tripoli today.



Various Lebanese political forces ought to initiate dialogue in a bid to reach certain postulated patriotic solutions deemed acceptable to all he added. Those postulated solutions must lay ground for a universal social security network, he retorted.



Experience proved beyond doubt that mutual exclusion is practically impossible and better for them reaching out via mutual consent and perhaps municipalities could have a say in this, he retorted.



Perhaps, the holy fasting month of Ramadan prompts people to reexamine and consider the worsening present situation in such a way conducive to pleasing one's God and conscience, Safadi concluded.
