NNA - MP Boutros Harb highlighted Friday the necessity that funding the long-simmering salary scale for civil servants does not cause any deficit of the public treasury.



He said the high cost of living in Lebanon was not fair to individuals with limited income, such as teachers and public employees.



Harb made these remarks following his meeting today with a delegation of the Union Coordination Committee, headed by Hanna Gharib.
