NNA - Outgoing Minister of State for Administrative Development, Mohammad Fneish, called on Sunday for a firm and forthright position that allows the army and the competent authorities to carry out their responsibilities in the control of the security situation all over Lebanon, particularly in Sidon.



Fneish spoke at a ceremony organized by Hezbollah in south Lebanon in honor of a number of Lebanese expatriates. According to him, political forces wanted to take advantage of certain phenomena in Sidon, in their attempts to plunge the resistance into confusion, in preparation for its disposal.


He stressed the need to accelerate the formation of a government in which all political forces are represented fairly, so that they can fulfill their responsibilities in the management of public affairs, during this critical period in the history of countries.
