NNA - Caretaker Telecommunications Minister Nicolas Sehanoui on Friday accused Ogero's Director-General, Abdel-Moneim Youssef, of refusing to give 1200 requests of "E1".
Caretaker Minister said that Youssef's rejection shall cost the Treasury 500 thousand dollars and called on him to "free the bandwidth."
"We filed several complaints against Youssef yet none of them bore results," he said and affirmed that the Ministry will resort to the financial General Prosecution to reach results.
During a press conference he held today, Sehnaoui said that the Lebanese economy and the internet speed were far more important that political accounts.
He said that citizens were nearly receiving 25% of the packages they buy.
