NNA - Spanish Ambassador to Lebanon, Milagros Hernando, confirmed Thursday that her country was not concerned over the condition of Spain's UNIFIL contingent in the South, maintaining that southerners are at ease with the peacekeepers.



The envoy today visited former Deputy Farid Haykal Khazen with whom she discussed most recent developments in Lebanon and the broader Arab region.



Speaking to reporters following the meeting, she reiterated her country's holding onto Lebanon's stability. "This is a political priority for us," she said.



She also hailed Lebanon's dissociation policy from Syria crisis as "clever."
