NNA - The Guidance Directorate of the Lebanese Army Command on Tuesday issued a communiqué calling upon citizens to discard any rumors spread via mobile phones and conveying false news about the security situation in Tripoli and the condition of the military institution.



The Army explained that the rumors aim to cause sectarian and confessional provocations. It also warned of pursuing those behind the rumors and punishing them.
